If a company, large or small, has not made reasonable adjustments without good reason the legislation treats it as discrimination and the company 'could' be subject to legal action or financial penalties for non-compliance.

The required changes are often no more than common sense and frequently inexpensive, for example, larger/clearer signs, staff training, ramps to improve access, wider doorways, hearing loops, …but it can be difficult to know exactly what to do for a business of your size and type. What is practical for one business may not be necessary for another, which is why it’s strongly recommended you seek advice from an accredited Access Consultant.

A thorough audit by a trained professional at Fine Line will not only show you how and where to make your business more accessible for disabled, and elderly people but will also help you, in what can be a complicated minefield of issues, make the right changes and avoid problematic or costly ones.
Fine Line specialise in adapting building access for the disabled. Rather than offering a generalised one-solution-suits-all approach, our qualified consultant, auditors and accredited contractors work closely with you to make the access adaptations most suitable for your business.
